530 RETURN POLICY
Our goal is for you to be satisfied with your purchase from 530medialab. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied you can return the item and we will issue you one of the following; full refund, store credit or exchange to choose another item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received and the item must also be in the original packaging. You must request a refund or exchange within 10 days of delivery of items. All returns require a RETURN AUTHORIZATION, items returned without prior authorization will not be refunded. CONTACT US AT firstname.lastname@example.org FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION.
Refunds will not be issued for any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery. Authorized returns will be refunded according to the cost paid for the item at the time of purchase.
Item(s) purchased from 530medialab.com must be returned at the customer's expense in new, unused condition with original tags still attached.
What Items are returnable?
- Items within 10 Days of order received
- All tags attached
- Unused / unwashed product
- Packaging intact
What items are not returnable?
- Items in the Sale Collection (These are Final Sale)
- Items that have been washed
- Visibly been worn (stains, heavily wrinkled)
- Items without a Return Authorization from 530medialab
Returns for Exchanges: If you have purchased an item from 530medialab.com, you may exchange it for a different color, size or style. You have 10 days from when your order was received to inform us that you intend to return (i.e. If your order was delivered on the 1st, you have until the 10th to contact us about making a return).
Once your return is received and inspected by the 530medialab Customer Service (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will email you regarding the return.
When shipping your item(s) back please include:
A copy of the Return Authorization and copy of packing slip or order form
All returns are dependent on the condition of the product upon inspection.
Please allow 3-5 business days from when it is delivered for your return to be processed.
Customers are responsible to pay shipping fees when a return for exchange/store credit is requested.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All returns are to be shipped via traceable mail in a secure package to the following address (We are not liable for packages lost in transit; please have a tracking number for your reference and proof):
